DESSERT IN THE MICROWAVE

1 box spice cake mix (or yellow cake mix if you don't care for spice)
1 20 oz. can apple pie filling
4 eggs

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl or a microwaveable bundt pan (spray with cooking spray). Bake at high power for 5 minutes and on 50% power for 5 minutes. The top will be a little wet looking. It should be firm to touch, like a cake baked in a conventional oven. It will continue to cook after you take in out of the microwave, so don't overcook. Let cake sit for 5 minutes and then turn out on plate.

You can frost with powdered sugar or your favorite frosting.
