1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1 small red onion (or 4 chopped green onions)
2 carrots
1 bottle cole slaw dressing

Chop or shred cabbage into large bowl. Chop onion and finely grate carrots. Mix together in bowl. 1/2 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons crushed fennel
1 teaspoon marjoram -- dried
2 teaspoons basil
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. oil
4-6 pork chops

Combine wine and spices in a small bowl; set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook pork chops over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Add wine and spice mixture. cooking spray

Spray shallow pan with cooking spray and place chicken in it. In a saucepan, heat preserves, lemon juice and lemon pepper until preserves melt. Pour over chicken and sprinkle nuts on top. 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Season each hen with thyme, salt and lemon pepper, and wrap securely in the foil. Put the hens on a baking sheet and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove hens and raise heat to 450 degrees. 1 can cinnamon flavored peaches-drained (I use Del Monte)
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt &amp; pepper to taste
