NEST CUPCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
1 box favorite cupcake mix
1 can favorite frosting mix
Long strand coconut
Jelly beans
Red licorice twists
DIRECTIONS:
Bake your cupcakes according to
package instructions in muffin tins lined with paper cups. When cool
frost with white or chocolate frosting. Decorate by inserting
licorice twists into opposite sides of the cupcakes, representing the
"handle." Sprinkle with coconut around the outside circle
of cupcake and place colored jelly beans in center. Coconut can be
toasted if you prefer a brown nest or colored with green food coloring.
